MASON CITY – A Mason City man has been arrested twice since March 21st involving a domestic situation at a residence at the 1600 block of North Hampshire Avenue.
Scott Alan Tepner, 45, was arrested on March 21st for serious domestic assault causing bodily injury.
Tepner was arrested again on April 3rd for violating a no-contact order after a complaint came from the same address. Tepner is now being held at the Cerro Gordo County Jail on no bond.
Scott Tepner is employed at the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse as the MIS Department Director and was divorced in 2011.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
