MASON CITY – A Clear Lake woman, formerly of Mason City, was picked up by Mason City police for public intoxication early Tuesday morning.
April Luve Lalor, 38, was arrested near the corner of North Monroe Avenue and 10 Street NW at about 1:16 AM.
Lalor was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail where she is being held on $300.00 bond.
Lalor has numerous theft and drug charges on on rap sheet, with many being dismissed, including felony charges.
She may be most well-known for a ride to the jail this past summer with a local bail bond company.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
