Two boys, all bundled up in snowmobile suits were outside playing, having a great time. No school, always a good day for kids. Plus, four ice houses were out on the lake. A good day to catch some fish.
On the otherhand, talking to a couple residents of Ventura, they were concerned about getting to appointments.
“I have to be in Albert Lea for a doctor’s appointment at 1:00,” said one resident. “I hope the roads are okay. I’ll be taking all busy roads, none of the less traveled on roads.”
Another resident had a doctor’s appointment in Mason City. “I’m going to start early and just drive slow. I’ll be taking the Highway in, it should be okay.”
