MASON CITY – Shortly before 1 pm Saturday a Mason City Police Officer was sent to meet with a subject about fraudulent use of a stolen credit card in one of the businesses located at 451 Indianhead Drive.
After an investigation officers arrested 20-year-old Tina Charysse Brown of 150 South Grover Avenue in Mason City on one Class D felony count of unauthorized use of a credit card. Brown was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail shortly after 3 pm on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Brown has since been released pending further court proceedings.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
