Planning study of Highway 122 in Mason City to be discussed June 14

AMES, Iowa – June 4, 2012 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Thursday, June 14, to discuss the planning study of Iowa 122 one-way corridors in Mason City from Monroe Avenue east to South Carolina Avenue.

The public is invited to attend the meeting anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. in the City Hall’s second floor conference room at 10 First St. NW in Mason City.

This public information meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvement. No formal presentation will be made.

  1. If the government didn’t fix things that weren’t broke they’d have nothing to do. I think people just think this stuff up because they want to look important!
