Forest City had an incident yesterday May 31st around 2:45 PM with a Tan Panel/Work style van. There were two occupants in the van, driver was an Asian in his 50’s or 60’s, shorter, medium style build and thin face. Passenger was a male. Driver stopped 3 children on bicycles at the 700 Block of N 8th St. and told them that he was going to get them. The kids ran away from the driver and saw the driver turn West on to O St.
