From the Waterloo Police Department:
On Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at approximately 4:15 AM, Waterloo Police were sent to the 900 block of Oneida Street on report of shots fired. When officers arrived, no one was around, but Officers found several .22 caliber shell casings on the ground.
A short time later, Allen Memorial Hospital Emergency Department reported a gun shot victim was being treated there. The victim, Orlando Dean Moore, age 26, of Pleasant Hill, IA, was shot in the left forearm. The case remains under investigation.
