MASON CITY – A program entitled “Animal Talk” will be held on Monday, February 27th from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at the Lime Creek Nature Center.
Crickets make sounds by rubbing their wings together! Bees dance to tell each other where good pollen can be found! Snakes smell with their tongues!
Kids in grades 1-2 will enjoy participating in interactive games and activities as they discover how animals communicate through sound, smell, and sight and what they tell each other.
There is no charge to participate, but registration is required. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required – call 423-5309 to register or for more information.
