MASON CITY – Vic Koenigsberg lived in the “B” building at the Key Apartments in 1995 and was home in the early morning hours when Jodi Huisentruit vanished.
Koenigsberg, a former railroad worker who is 68 years old, says the Mason City Police had “absolutely nothing” to do with the disappearance of Jodi Huisentruit.
In fact, Koenigsberg claims he knows what happened to Jodi, and explained a good bit of the story. He tells of an international conspiracy that goes “all the way to the top” and was told to stop asking questions years ago.
