Jacob Daniel Johnson, age 21, turned himself into the Cerro Gordo County Jail early Sunday morning. Johnson was served a warrant for Absence from Custody and will have a Beje Clark hold on him. Bail is $1000, no Bond.
A person familiar with the situation told NorthIowaToday.com “I know the day that he escaped from Beje Clark,” the person said. “I worked with him at Crescent Park. One crew got off early that day because of lack of Supervisors. He was one of them that left early and he never returned to Beje Clark.”
Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
