Members of the Lisa Wenger Band crank out the blues Saturday afternoon at the Bicycle, Blues and BBQ Festival in Clear Lake. More than 300 bicyclists, including riders from at least 10 states, are taking part in the weekend races. “The weather’s been great — a little hot,” said Tim Putnam of North Iowa Spin, host organization for the races. Criterium races Saturday — 12 of them — began at noon and ran until after 8 p.m. on city streets north of City Park.
