Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s deputies arrested a Mason City man Tuesday evening on a warrant.
Monte Dean Neubauer, 48, was arrested at 1415 South Delaware Avenue at 4:07 p.m. The charges are:
VoP – COURT/PENDING – 714.2 (1) THEFT/1ST DEGREE/OVER $10,000 SRCR013947
PR – COURT/PENDING – 714.2 (1) THEFT/1ST DEGREE/OVER $10,000 FECR014117
Neubauer is being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail.
Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
