The stretch of S14 that will be resurfaced is Highway 107 North to County Road B55 for a total of five miles.
The Supervisors approved a beer permit for Market at Oakwood in Clear Lake and a liquor license for West Hills Golf near Nora Springs.
In other business, the Supervisors approved a tax compromise for Jeffrey Dahlstrom of 706 6th Street NW. Dahlstrom would pay $50.00 by the 15th of each month beginning this month until October 2011.
Supervisor Phil Dougherty elaborated on a Newman Schools project for improvements and expansion, which includes a FEMA shelter. The Supervisors OK’d the setting of a public hearing for revenue bonds for the project. The hearing will be on April 26 at 10 AM at the courthouse.
The Supervisors also OK’d a manure management plan.
