Cerro Gordo County sheriffs responded to a single vehicle rollover near 7302 Pheasant Avenue in Rockwell Sunday morning at 1:42 AM. Driver was Southbound on Pheasant Avenue and lost control of his vehicle and rolled onto its top in the East ditch.
Both driver and passenger refused treatment at the scene. The driver, 41 years of age, was arrested for failure to maintain control, OWI-2nd offense, no proof of insurance, and open container.|
