A Cerro Gordo County Sheriff responded to a report of a subject burning trash in a roadway near 13555 285th Street in northwest Mason City on Monday at 12:51 PM.
An officer spoke with the subject, who was burning copper wiring in a small grill on the road. Officer advised him to find a different place to conduct his buisness. “He cleaned the mess up and was on his way without incident,” the officer reported.|
