A driver from Oklahoma encountered multiple deer on Interstate 35 near mile marker 210.
Spencer Herness, 23, of Lawton, Oklahoma, was driving his 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Saturday at 2:13 AM when he spotted several deer near or on the roadway. One of the deer ran in front of his vehicle and it was struck. The impact caused about $2,000 damage to the vehicle.
Herness was not injured; condition of the deer was not known.|
