Kate Neuswanger, 21, of New Brighton, Minnesota was driving north on I-35 around noon on December 2o when the snow and ice covered road caused her to lose control of her vehicle.
Neuswanger’s 1999 Ford Taurus then spun out and left the roadway, entered the median, and struck the cable guard protecting the B-20 overpass support. The vehicle came to rest in the median facing east.
Neuswanger was wearing a seatbelt and was uninjured but her Taurus suffered approximately $3,000 in damage.|
