A total of 99 kids got a call from Santa Wednesday evening in Mason City. The program was put in place by the Recreation Department and Volunteer Program.
Interim Recreation Department Manager Brian Pauly told NorthIowaToday.com that the kids had a great time. “It was great to hear the kids and how they asked for presents and wish them a merry Christmas,” he said. Pauly also helped make calls.
There was eleven volunteers who ended up making calls to the children. The children were asked about their hobbies, accomplishments, friends, and their Christmas wish list.|
