Nam Nguyen, who was wanted for credit card fraud while employed at L.D. Nails, has been arrested.|
On December 6th, 2010 the Mason City Police Departments Criminal Investigation Division received information that Nam Nguyen who was wanted on 3 counts of Credit Card Forgery “D” Felony, and 1 count of On going Criminal Conduct a “C” Felony was working at a Nail Shop in Waterloo, Ia.
With the assistance of the Division of Criminal Investigations Fusion Center, and the Waterloo Police Department, Nguyen was located and taken into custody without incident. Nguyen had been wanted for stealing credit card information from several customers of L.D. Nails in October while he was employed there for a short time.
