I thought I recognized that truck

It was an electrical fire that sparked and hit the gas line, then burned fast. The fuel line was under pressure and was a high temp high pressure line with a new fuel pump, lots of good burning material. No one was injured and all made it out quickly. They both heard the popping sounds under the hood and were able to safely get away. The fire took 7-8 minutes to fully develop and the fire department was as quick to respond as they could. They were on the north side doing training. Law Enforcement was on scene first, followed by a City Dump Truck to divert traffic. Ambulance, followed by a pumper was next to respond. All extremely professional and happy to assist. The hauling company has a vehicle already being built to replace the one lost.

Not to worry it will melt itself down an be ressurected as a popemobile.

Old fords never die! They just go out in a blaze of glory ! That little rubber connector on fuel line to carb has caused many of these muslim preferred rigs to self destruct – ford/government has known it for thirty + years.
