OSAGE, IOWA – An Osage school board member has been arrested and charged with felony theft.
Tracey Mooberry, age 46, has entered a not-guilty plea to a charge of felony second-degree theft. Mooberry, a current Osage school board member and formerly a county treasurer’s office employee, allegedly committed the crime back in December of 2014, court records show, when she worked there.
No court trial date has been set, yet.
