Ask any vape shop online which question they field most from new customers, and it’s almost always some version of “what’s the difference between nic salts and normal e-liquid?” It’s a fair question — both contain nicotine, both come in similar-looking bottles, and the labelling alone doesn’t explain why one might suit you far better than the other.

Most vapers making that switch land somewhere between 3mg and 6mg freebase for the same satisfaction level.
