CHARLES CITY – A local woman is in custody after a Thursday evening traffic stop led to drug-related charges and multiple driving violations.
According to reports from the Charles City Police Department, officers initiated a stop at 7:41 PM on April 30, 2026, in the 1100 block of Blunt Parkway. The vehicle involved was identified as a black GMC Yukon.
The driver, identified as 37-year-old Keenia Fleming of Charles City, was taken into custody after the encounter resulted in a range of charges. Fleming faces the following allegations:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (2nd Offense)
