Megan Raeann Nichole Moser, the daughter of Rodney Dean Moser and Julie (Helmich) Smith, was born on June 20, 1986, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Megan worked as a Tax Preparer for H&R Block along with retail. She loved her children and grandchildren more than life itself. Was a fantastic loving soft mother who didn’t play about her babies. She would give the shirt off her back to somebody at a gas station if they were cold or if they needed something. Nobody went without when she was around if she had it. Meg was always willing to help and blessed many people with her loving spirit and her ability to put others before herself. A testament to that even after her passing was the organs that she was able to provide to four men to help prolong their lives for their loved ones. Somehow had always had a plan or a backup plan or backup plan to the backup plan. She made a safe place for anyone that needed one and was always willing to lend that loving and helping hand.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Christina of Sand Springs, OK, Landon Winona, TX, Jordan Tyler, TX, Carter Spencer, IA, Braelynn and Braxton Spencer, IA; her grandbabies, Remi, Rylie, Rett (Christina), Jolene (Landon); sisters, Amber Goeders Pocahontas and Stephanie Baas Spencer; brother, Cody Hamilton Huxley, IA; mom, Julie Smith Ruthven; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her dad, Rodney Moser; sisters, Jessica Baas and Haley Hoffmeyer; grandparents, Glenn and Karen Moser and Don and Dorothy Helmich; and her cousin, Jerrit Hiatt.
