Graveside service will be held in Elmwood St. Joseph Cemetery, Mason City.
She was born on September 21, 1978, in Mason City, the daughter of Ed and Marcia (Schumaker) Frank.

She enjoyed finding treasures on Facebook Marketplace, and her home was often filled with love, laughter, family, friends, and animals.
Tammy will be remembered for her kindness, her joyful energy, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.
