Jill Ingersoll Delle, 44, of Northwood, left this world far too soon on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Conner Colonial Chapel, 1008 1st Ave. South, Northwood, Iowa. A service celebrating Jill’s life will follow at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed in care of her children, Jayda and Jace.
Born Jillian Chaunta Delle on June 4, 1981, in Washington, she was the daughter of Lawrence Grey Crosley and Jodene Delle. Jill grew up alongside her two brothers, Josh and Joey, and later moved with her family to Minnesota, where she attended Central High School in Minneapolis.
Jill was blessed with two beautiful children, Jayda and Jace, who were the center of her world. Being their mom was the greatest joy of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them — whether they were getting their hair or nails done together or simply enjoying each other’s company.
Jill’s life was defined by her love for people and her heart for service. Whether she was greeting you at the counter at McDonald’s, leading a team as general manager at Burger King, or welcoming you with a smile at Sue’s Corner Post, Jill poured kindness and care into everything she did. She was resourceful and creative, always finding a way to make things work with what she had.
Those who knew Jill will remember her heart of gold and her selfless nature. She had a beautiful smile and an even more beautiful voice, often singing around the house or in the kitchen at Sue’s. She loved anything that sparkled, but nothing shone brighter than the love and joy she shared with those around her. Jill’s presence made life sweeter, warmer, and more beautiful. She was truly one of a kind, and the space she leaves behind will never be filled.
Left to celebrate Jill’s life are her children, Jayda and Jace Delle of Northwood; cherished friend, Sue Waller; her brothers, Josh and Joey; bonus brothers, Josh (Katelyn) Scott and Phil Thompson; her step-dad, Jeffrey Hagen; her father, Lawrence Crosley; her many beloved friends and extended family members.
Preceding her in death are her mom, Jodene.
