Richard Edward Keenan Jr. of Huntington Beach, California, was born on June 2, 1956. He was the husband of Pamela Keenan, son of Richard E and Shirley M. Keenan, brother of Kathleen Phelps (Keenan), Colleen Keenan, and Maureen Tomlinson (Keenan).
Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Shirley Keenan.
Most recently of Mason City Iowa, Richard had been long time resident or Orange County, CA, having spent his teen and most of his adult years in Huntington Beach.
Richard was a surfer and loved everything about the beach and the ocean.
He will be missed.
