Deb Mittrucker, 69, of Spencer, passed away on September 23, 2025 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday October 4, 2025 at the First Congregational Church in Spencer and livestreamed on the church’s YouTube page: https://youtube.com/live/bKkAF4iOFGE. Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery in Spencer. Visitation will be 5 – 7 pm Friday October 3rd at the church. Deb loved pot lucks and her family would like to invite everyone to a pot luck at East Leach Park following the burial.

Debra Mary Ramseyer, the daughter of Roy and Mary (Monigle), was born on April 26, 1956 in St. Louis, MO. Deb worked at SuperValu for 10 years and Hansen’s Clothing for 19 years doing their dry cleaning.

Known by her friends and family as Debbie doo and Nana, she loved her family and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s events. She enjoyed playing Rummy with her granddaughters, slot o mania and Gambino. Deb was an excellent cook, her favorite color was purple and she loved M&M’s. She enjoyed watching wrestling, TV shows Ice Road Truckers and Chopped with her granddaughter, Mariana. Deb looked forward to her son-in-law, Mario’s visits during his work breaks.

Left to cherish Deb’s memory are her daughter, LeeAnn (Mario) Rosales of Spencer and their children, Bri (Jason), Mariana, Adriana (Kaden), Yuli, Mario, Jr., and Viviana,; a great grandson, Hudson; a brother, Ray Ramseyer of Oklahoma; Margaret of Oklahoma; cousin, Ruthann Adams of Missouri; a special friend, Linda Edwardson of Spencer; a daughter, April Shotpouch of Lincoln, NE and her 9 children; and many friends that loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; ex-husband, Clarence; and brothers, Pete and Corky Ramseyer.

Deb’s family requests that those attending the visitation and funeral wear Debra’s favorite color Purple and not black.
