Kathrine Kelley, 90, of Duncombe died Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Van Diest Medical Center. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with caring for the family.
Kathrine Sue Gordon, daughter of Delno W. Gordon and Marguerite (Arbogast) Wagner, was born August 16, 1935. She graduated in 1953 from Lincoln High School in Webster City. Kathrine worked for Globe Union and then Electrolux for over 31 years.
She is survived by her children, William “Mike” Kelley of Stratford, Patricia Kelley of Stratford; grandchildren, Octavia (Morris) McKinney, Kayla (Noah) Hellenga, Maddy (Austin) Rutherford, Jess (Makenah) Miller, Paige Stanley; several great grandchildren; brothers, Ronald Wagner of Webster City, Dick (Linda) Wagner of Duncombe; brother-in-law, Baltazaar “Shorty” Reyes of North Bend, OR; sister-in-law, Betty Gordon of Ojai, CA and several nieces and nephews.
Kathrine was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Walter McKinney and Jack McKinney; brother, Charles “Bud” Delno Gordon; sister, Delores “Dodie” Reyes and sister-in-law, Marcia Wagner.
She was a past member of McGuire Bend Church. Kathrine enjoyed watching jeopardy, spending time with her family including her grandchildren and family pets.
