Patrick Marshall “Pat” Feltus, 84, of Allison, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Maple Manor in Aplington, with family by his side. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at St. James Lutheran Church in Allison. Patrick will be laid to rest at the Allison Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior at the church. Woodley Funeral Home of Allison is caring for Pat and his family.

Pat was the son of Robert Dale Feltus and Siena Margaret (DeBower) Feltus. He graduated from Allison-Bristow High School and attended Wartburg College in Waverly.

Pat married Ruth Ann Endelman on November 3, 1961. He was a lifelong member of St. James Lutheran Church in Allison. Pat was a proud union Certified Master Mason and bricklayer. He left his craftmanship mark on several homes and businesses in Butler County. He was a multi-generational farmer of his family farm before retiring in 2002.

Fueled by a need for speed, Pat founded Pat’s Speed Shop and spent his younger years racing snowmobiles and stock cars. He was a charter member of the Snow Snoops Snowmobile Club and Butler County Speedway. Pat enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing, and traveling
with Ruth in their motor home.

Pat often shared stories and lessons passed down from his father during their time living in Colorado—wisdom he lovingly passed on to his children and grandchildren. With a touch of the wild west in his soul, he cherished his birthday tradition of family target shooting by the pond—a ritual filled with laughter and precision.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ruth; son, Dan (Peggy) Feltus of Allison; daughter, Vickie (Brad) Pruisner of Parkersburg; daughter, DeAnn (Dan) Krutsinger of Janesville; seven grandchildren: Ashley Ahrenstorff, Matt (Sydney) Feltus, Brennen (Gabby) Pruisner, Brianna (Jacob) Everts, Blake Pruisner, Allison (Glen) Ringheden, Caleb (April) Krutsinger and twelve great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Rebecca Leo; brother-in-law, Darwin Wubbena; sister-in-law, Robi Endelman and was loved by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his father and mother-in law; two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, consider making contributions to Cedar Valley Hospice, St. James Lutheran Church in Allison or your favorite charity.
