Galen Keith Bigelow age 64 of Nashua, IA, died unexpectedly Monday, August 11, 2025, at his home in Nashua.
A graveside service will take place at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery in Nashua.
Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory – Olson Chapel in Nashua has been entrusted with arrangements.
He graduated in 1979 from Nashua High School. He worked in the auto body trade before moving to California to be a district maintenance tech for the Mann’s Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles. He had many stories of movie premieres from working at the theatre in Hollywood. In the 90s, he returned to Iowa where he lived out the rest of his life.
He is survived by his siblings, Sidney Bigelow and Carol Tinker, both of Waverly, nephew Tryston Tinker and nieces Angel (Rob) Bergman, Melody Tinker and Autumn Bigelow.
He was at proceeded in death by his parents Raymond and Barbara Bigelow.
