Judy Enos, age 66, of Algona, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City. Memorial service will be 2 pm Friday August 8th at Lentz Funeral Home in Algona. Judy Joyce Jenkinson, the daughter of Frank Charles and Patricia Ann (Witt) Jenkinson, was born on February 1, 1959 in Algona, Iowa. She graduated from Emmetsburg High School in 1977. Judy then received an Associate’s Degree from Iowa Lakes Community College in 1978. She worked as a CNA at the West Bend Care Center.
Judy enjoyed fishing with her family and having her grandkids cast her line and finish reeling in her fish. She also spent her free time doing diamond art paintings that she hung in her home and shared with others. Judy loved to read, listen to Elvis and hang out with her cat, Stitch.
Left to cherish Judy’s memory is her son, Joshua (Sadie) Enos of Lu Verne; grandchildren, Lillian, Adia, Skyler, Aizik and Hunter; sister, Frances (Dean) Peters, Diana (Isam) Jaber and Sharon Jenkinson; and brothers, James (Becky) Jenkinson and John Jenkinson. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Denise Gronbach, Leah Speich, Maria Berg and Rachel Jenkinson; and a brother, Gary Jenkinson.
