ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA – Law enforcement in Minnesota snared nearly a ton of meth in a drug sting operation in what they are saying “might also be the largest drug bust in Minnesota—ever.”
“Two vehicles. A drug detection dog. And 960 pounds of meth,” St. Paul police said Wednesday.
“You read it right, 960 pounds of meth,” they emphasized.
Saint Paul Police officers with Ramsey County VCET and federal partners conducted an investigation into two adult males suspected of selling drugs. The investigation proved one thing for sure: their hunch was correct.
960 pounds of meth were seized in the Twin Cities yesterday and two (unidentified) men are charged with felony drug sales.
“This might also be the largest drug bust in Minnesota—ever,” police went on to claim.
“Thank you to our officers and Ramsey County VCET. Fantastic work!”
