SIDNEY, IOWA – An Iowa woman is behind bars, facing serious charges for alleged atrocious crimes against a child.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of 54-year-old Ronda Sue Morgan of Hamburg, Iowa (formerly of Anderson, Iowa) on July 1, 2025. This arrest is a result of an extensive 18-month investigation into multiple acts of child endangerment and sexual abuse of a minor that occurred within Fremont County.
Morgan (pictured at top) was charged with:
• Three counts of Aiding and Abetting to Sexual Abuse Second Degree (Class B Felony)
• One count of Aiding and Abetting Sexual Abuse Third Degree (Class C Felony)
• Four counts of Aiding and Abetting to Incest (Class D Felony)
• One count of Ongoing Child Endangerment (Class B Felony)
Morgan is currently being held in the Fremont County Jail without bond, pending her initial appearance with a Fremont County Magistrate.
