MUSCATINE, IOWA – This Iowa man wasn’t impressed with a recent “No Kings” rally and allegedly began menacing the participants, ripping burnouts up and down a street as lefties gasped for air in the thick smoke his sleigh billowed into their faces, and now a slew of charges awaits.

An Iowa man has been charged with multiple offenses following a disturbance that occurred Saturday, June 14, near the site of a public demonstration in support of the “NO KINGS” cause.

Austin Gauge Payne, age 22 of  Muscatine, Iowa, was taken into custody by officers with the Muscatine Police Department at approximately 2:29 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, at the Muscatine County Jail. He faces charges of Disorderly Conduct, Reckless Driving, Criminal Mischief, and several other traffic-related violations. All charges are classified as simple misdemeanors.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred around 12:51 p.m. on June 14, when Muscatine police responded to a report of a disturbance at the intersection of Park Avenue and Jackson Street. Witnesses reported a truck, later identified as belonging to Payne, engaging in reckless behavior by performing a burnout and directing large clouds of exhaust smoke toward participants at a nearby public demonstration.

A local woman who apparently attended the incident wrote on social media, “we were peacefully protesting. He went the entire length of the turning lane as close to the curb and intentionally burned it into our faces. And it is illegal to do burn outs. There were elderly people out there and it caused breathing problems. If he didnt like the protestors he could of went a different route. He did it at least THREE times.”

In addition to the new charges, Payne remains in custody on an active arrest warrant for violating the conditions of his pretrial release. That warrant is connected to previous charges filed in May, including Burglary in the First Degree, Harassment in the First Degree, and Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

The picture they are using for the burnout idiot is not from the actual incident in Muscatine. They are obviously trying to make the protesters look like clowns. If they had ANY integrity they would take down the FALSE picture.

Good job, LEOs. MAGAs like him are all over this country and they need to go to jail.
