Don L. Heidemann, 53, was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend to many. He died in his home on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, after a struggle with mental illness. His absence will be greatly felt by all who knew and loved him.
A gathering of friends and family will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, 2025 at First Baptist Church, 18508 E HWY 9, Forest City, Iowa.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at First Baptist Church with Pastor Robert Snitzer of Pilot Knob Lutheran Church and Pastor Eric Weaver officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family strongly suggests to donate to the following organizations: Forest City Education Foundation, Drackly/Heidemann Family Scholarship, Pilot Knob Lutheran Church, and Friends of Bear Creek.
