Keith Kramer,73, of Ackley, Iowa passed away on March 19, 2025, at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion, Iowa. Family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025, at the Sietsema Funeral Home in Ackley.

Keith Kramer,73, of Ackley, Iowa passed away on March 19, 2025, at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion, Iowa. Family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025, at the Sietsema Funeral Home in Ackley. A private family burial will take place in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Ackley. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Sietsema Funeral Home in Ackley.

Keith Leonard Kramer was born on November 17, 1951 to Elmo and Eleanor (Hackenmiller) Kramer. Keith played football and wrestled prior to graduating in 1970 from Ackley-Geneva High School and served in the U.S. Army eventually being stationed at the Presidio Base in San Francisco. Keith worked in construction and later with heavy equipment and often enjoyed talking about the various projects and other escapades with friends and co-workers from his time working for Ronny Brandt, Dennis Weichers, and Larry McDowell. Keith was also appreciative of his continued relationship with his ex-wife Karla Kramer who assisted with numerous projects and errands throughout the years.

Keith is survived by his son Randy of Urbandale, Iowa and daughter Haley of Phoenix, Arizona, two grandchildren Addison and Carson (Haley), four brothers Tom (Eileen) Kramer of Aplington, Iowa, Larry (Pam) Kramer of Oconomowoc, WI, Mike (Kelley) Kramer of Urbandale, Iowa, Brian (Dana) Kramer of Urbandale, Iowa, one sister Mary Ann Wood of Iowa Falls, Iowa and many nieces and nephews.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents Elmo and Eleanor.
