Women’s College Basketball: Indiana defeats Iowa, 74-67

IOWA CITY – Freshman Taylor Stremlow grabbed a career-high nine rebounds and five steals while adding seven points as Iowa dropped a conference game to Indiana, 74-67.

Freshman Ava Heiden netted eight points, five rebounds, and career-high three blocks.

Addi O’Grady recorded double figures for the 13th time this season. (11 pts, 5-7 FG)

The Hawkeyes outrebounded the Hoosiers, 39-30.

Taylor McCabe led Iowa with 15 points (4-5 3FG).

McCabe has made at least two 3-pointers in four out of six Big Ten contests this season. McCabe is 15-of-32 from deep against Big Ten competition.

O’Grady returned to the starting lineup today.

Iowa went 19-of-23 (82 percent) from the free throw line.

The Hawkeyes have outrebounded 15 of their 17 opponents this season.

The Hawkeyes have played in front of 29 consecutive sell outs at home, the longest streak nationally.
