ROCKWELL – A UTV rollover accident Saturday near Rockwell sent a Minnesota teen to a Mason City hospital with serious injuries.
According to the Cerro Gordo county sheriff’s office, On November 2, 2024, at 11:50 AM, the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 18000 block of 180th Street in Rockwell for a UTV rollover. Caleb Desannoy, age 16 of Rochester, Minnesota, was operating a 2013 Polaris Ranger RZR when it rolled in a field. Desannoy sustained serious injuries and was transported to Mercy One North Iowa by the Mason City Fire Department.
The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Rockwell EMS and the Mason City Fire Department.
