Bradley D. Helin, 54, of Buffalo Center died Thursday, March 21, 2024. A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Oakcrest Funeral Services in Buffalo Center.

Bradley D. Helin, 54, of Buffalo Center died Thursday, March 21, 2024. A visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Oakcrest Funeral Services in Buffalo Center with a prayer service beginning at 6:00 PM.

Bradley Duane Helin was born July 12, 1969, in Buffalo Center, Iowa, the son of Daune and Florence (Simonsmeier) Helin. They lived in several places during his childhood such as Kansas, Illinois, Iowa and Hawaii. Bradley received his GED in Galena, Illinois and then started his profession as a cook.

Bradley was married to Veronica Larson on September 22, 2012, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.

When Bradley wasn’t cooking for his family and fur babies he enjoyed being outdoors. Fishing and listening to country music was his favorite past time.

Bradley died Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the age of 54.

He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Veronica Helin of Buffalo Center, Iowa; three step-children, Adam Bingham of Boscobel, Wisconsin, Megan (Matt) Nave of St. Anne, Illinois, Gabriel Bingham of Buffalo Center; grandson, Aiden. He is also survived by his mom Florence Helin of Edgerton, Wisconsin; dad, Duane Helin of East Dubuque, Illinois; brothers, Jason (Jodi) Helin of Dodgeville, Wisconsin, Jeffrey (Sarah) Helin of Edgerton, Wisconsin, Travis Helin of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin; uncle, Dennis Helin of Forest City, Iowa, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
