CLIVE — A Mason City man has won a $250,000 lottery prize.
Randall Petersen won the seventh top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Lucky 7 Bonus” scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Express Lane, 7522 Northwest Blvd. in Davenport, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery’s Mason City regional office.
