A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Garner.

Diane L. (Ridder) Clemmer, 65, of Stanchfield, MN, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Garner with Rev. Fr. Andrew Marr officiating. Following the service, she will be cremated.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday.

Diane Louise Clemmer, the daughter of James and Ella Marie (Buckley) Ridder, was born June 3, 1958, in Mason City. She grew up on a farm southwest of Garner and graduated from Garner-Hayfield High School in 1976. After college, she moved to Minneapolis where she worked in the marketing department at Honeywell. She enjoyed living on Lake Rush north of the Twin Cities. Her leisure time was cruising around on her pontoon and visiting with all her neighbors and friends. She loved music, playing saxophone in school, giving piano lessons, and singing for weddings and funerals.

Diane is survived by her sister, Rose Marie (Steve) Kastner of Yale, IA; a niece, Stacey (Brian) Simmons and their family of Yale; a nephew, James (Kristi) Kastner and their family of Bayard, IA; longtime companion, Erik Hagen; special friend, Rachel Saxon; and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and cousins, Steve and Rob Buckley.
