Ronald Wayne Kreutzkampf,75, of Terril was born in Estherville to Pearl and Al Kreutzkampf on September 24, 1948. He attended elementary and high school in Terril, graduating in 1966. He then attended Estherville Junior college and Iowa State University in Ames, IA.

He married Karen Hawkes from Mcclelland, IA on January 5,1975, and celebrated 49 years of marriage this year. They farmed on the Terril farm for over 30 years, and did miscellaneous jobs for a few years before retiring. Ron was a gentle and social man who loved to tell jokes. He was a Master Mason, and an active member of the Shriners for many years.
Ron is survived by his loving wife of over 49 years, Karen; sisters Doris McDill of Seattle, WA and June Kreutzkampf of Duluth, MN; and 13 nieces and nephews.
Ron is preceded in death by his parents Al and Pearl Kreutzkampf; two sisters, LaVonne Naeve of Humboldt, and Irma Rosa of Humble, TX; and brother Carl Kreutzkampf of Moweaqua, IL.
