Albert was born August 30, 1968 in Mason City, Iowa to Alejandro “Kelly” Ramon, and Rosa Salazar Ramon. He remained Rosa’s baby until her passing in 2000. He attended Mason City schools, and later proudly earned his GED. As a young man, Alberts sons Matthew and Jerrad were welcomed into his life. In 1999, he married Stacy Munson, and together they welcomed sons A.J, Trey, and Alejandro and spent many years together. He shared an extremely close bond with his sister, Rosemary.
Albert worked throughout his life as an outstanding drywaller finisher, bar manager, and most recently as Head Maintenance Man at Camp of the Woods in Rock Falls for his good friend, Ray.
Albert enjoyed living life on his own terms and doing things his own way, and will always be remembered as having a good heart and a great sense of humor. Albert enjoyed spending time with family and friends, riding his Harley near and far every chance he got, fishing, snowmobiling, bow hunting, and eating. He was especially happy to have finally made it to Sturgis. But more than any of this, he enjoyed spending time with his sons who will miss him dearly through every passing day.
Those left behind to cherish his memories include his sons, Matthew Kedney-Ramon, Alberto “A.J.” Ramon, Jr., Trey Ramon, and Alejandro “Poppy” Ramon; brothers, Alex Ramon (Cheryl), Juan Jose “J.J” Ramon (Vanessa), and Izzy Ramon (Lizette); sisters, Rosemary Ramon (Marty), Carmen Leon Ramon (Fred), Marguerita Abujabarah, and Stefanie Ramon (George), his very special nephew, Joseph; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, uncles, aunts, his best friend, Dave Schulte, and countless other friends he made along the way in addition to his loving dog, Indie. He also remains in Stacy’s heart forever.
Albert was greeted in Heaven by his beloved Mother Rosa, Father Kelly, Son Jerrad Ramon, Niece Raquel Ramon, and numerous aunts, uncles, friends, and his grandparents.
