Randy Bill Sr., 66, of Charles City, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023, at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City.
A celebration of Randy’s life will be held at 11:00a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, (Randy’s 67th birthday) at Faith Bible Chapel in Charles City with Pastor Jason Boyd officiating. Family and friends may start to gather at the church at 10:30 a.m.
