Jerry Dean Whitney Jr., 63, of Mason City, Iowa, passed away October 23, 2023, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City.
Jerry was born January 21, 1960, in Mason City, son of Jerry Sr. and Arlene ( Agard) Whitney. He attended Hoover School as well as Manly North Central Schools. He was united in marriage to Connie Ginapp October 14, 2016.
Jerry enjoyed ceramics and dogs. He also loved rock music, especially AC/DC and Bob Dylan.
He is survived by his wife, Connie; siblings, Monica (David) Teeter, Phoenix, Arizona, Jamey (Lisa) Whitney, Girard, Kansas, Steve (Lori) Whitney, Mason City, Tim Whitney, Mason City, Wendy (Jeff) Ewing, Mason City; sister-in-law, Sheryl Trenary of Mason City; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Mike Trenary.
