RURAL CERRO GORO COUNTY – A Sheffield man crashed his Ford Taurus early this morning south of Rockwell and suffered injuries and a drunk driving arrest.
At 8:34 PM on September 8, 2023, Cerro Gordo county deputies responded to a single vehicle accident near 125th Street on Partridge Avenue, south of Rockwell. Deputies located 41-year-old Kyle Joseph Miller of Sheffield, who had entered the west ditch while driving a 2007 Ford Taurus. Miller sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. Miller was treated and released at the scene by Rockwell Fire Medics and Mason City Fire Medics.
After a police investigation, Miller was arrested and charged with OW1 2nd offense and fail to maintain control. He was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail.
