CLERMONT, IOWA – A Northern Iowa couple is charged with drug crimes and child endangerment after their house was searched.
On May 10, 2023, at approximately 10:30 PM, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 69 Mill St. Clermont, Iowa, 52135. During a search of the residence, methamphetamine, scales, baggies, and pipes were found and seized.
As a result of the search, 43-year-old Jeremiah Cannon Young and 36-year-old Vanessa Rae young, both of Clermont, were arrested and charged with:

– Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor
The Youngs were taken into custody and transported to Fayette County Jail, where they were held until initial appearance.
