CHARLES CITY – If you have a desire to learn how to whitewater surf, there is a free opportunity available this weekend in Charles City.
For anyone interested in learning how to whitewater surf, the Charles City park and rec department will have their surf boards by the riverfront whitewater course on Saturday, June 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Rob Pittman will be assisting. This is free to the public.
