DAVENPORT – Police found two men shot dead Saturday night in downtown Davenport, Iowa’s third-largest city..
On Saturday, April 29, 2023, at approximately 11:51 PM, Davenport Police, Fire, and Medic EMS responded to the 1400 block of W 4th Street in reference to the report of shots fired with a victim in the alley.
Upon arrival, responding officers located two adult males with apparent gunshot wounds that had succumbed to their injuries.
This does not appear to be a random act of violence. This incident remains under investigation; no further information is available at this time.
